by Larry T. Snyder, who purchased the company in the 1972 and changed its
name from Lewis Town & Country Realty. Lewis Town & Country Realty
was also locally owned and operated since the early 1960s.
We have been located at 2300 Biehn Street for over 20 years.
One of the advantages that sets Town & Country Realty apart from other
larger, franchised firms is our full service & high touch & care approach to real
estate & mortgages. In addition to our sales expertise, we offer full
service mortgage & property management capabilities to our clients.

At the helm of
Town & Country Realty is Larry T. Snyder, a career real estate broker
& investor with a long background in local real estate. Teresa N.
Snyder, partner, has been solidly building her career as a real estate and
mortgage consultant. Each brings solid talents and skills to our Company.

recent expansion with mortgage loans has lead to an affiliation with United

Town & Country Realty. We have also allocated a massive investment in technology and
