Add $45 more per month if you want a 40" Smart TV. Add $75 more per month if you want a 48" Smart TV. Add $45 more per month if you want a TV for the Bedroom - 32" Smart TV. Add $45 more per month if you want a surround bar sound system Add $35 more per month if you want a Blu-Ray player Add $75 more per month if you want a Xbox One or PS4 system **Items will be ordered once we receive your request and pre-payment. Add $125 per month if you want a King Size Bed (or Cal-King). King will fit most places but will have to change to smaller nightstand & different support system. Requires mattress and bedding purchase plus install. Add $75 more per month if you want AC installed. Includes cost of unit plus installation. We may have to order this in as we only have a few AC units on hand. These are the super nice portable ones on wheels that you can move from room to room ($599 retail).
**Please Note: Discounted Houseware costs per month will not include iron & ironing board or blender or vacuum on units with wall to wall carpet, and may not include automatic coffee machine or toaster (depends on individual units). **Items will be ordered once we receive your request and pre-payment. Will be delivered & installed with 24 hour notice once devices arrive.
