By enrolling in our exclusive Baby Steps program, we will educate you on the whole real estate and mortgage process and design a personal home buying program & time line to best fit your specific needs.

Step One - is to enroll - Just fill out the form online below.

Step Two - We will email, fax or mail out a form for your credit report consultation and evaluation - just tell us which you prefer. We will need the form back autographed and with the necessary information filled out to run your credit report which you can mail or fax back to us

Step Three - Once we receive your certificate back, we will process your request and set up a convenient time for our initial consultation to learn about what your needs and goals are. You will learn about what we can do for you, how we work and most importantly- if you want to work with us.

Step Four - Decide what services you want and sign up for them- Baby Step program, Home Finder Service with free access to the Realtors super secret MLS , our Home loan Finder Service, Our Preferred Buyer Program &/or Our Preferred Borrower Program.

Step Five - Get Pre-Approved - this is the second best thing to having money in the bank!

Step Six - Fill out our Quick & Easy Mortgage Application and bring it in with the items requested on our " What any Lender will want to verify" List.

Step Seven - Decide which loan programs will best meet your needs.

Step Eight - Allow us to submit your application to various Lenders and Loan Programs and get the list of conditions we will need to satisfy to get you Approved.

Step Nine - Start driving by the Homes you are receiving information on thru Our Exclusive Home Finder Service. Thoroughly review this list as you will soon start to recognize the Hot Buys and the Dogs.

Step Ten - Once you’re approved and started the Home Finder process, You will have graduated from the Baby Step Program and you are on your Way to Home Ownership. Remember that we are here right beside you to help you and aid you into making the best choice to meet your needs and to fulfilling your dream of owning your New Home.

Once you find the home you are looking for, we will negotiate with the seller to get you the best possible deal and to get them to pay for all of your Home Loan Closing Costs.
