Consider the following questions when looking for your new home.

1.    What things are most important to you in a home?

            Make a list of things you absolutely can not live without, and then make a list of things that would be nice, but aren't necessary. Play the Game of Nines

2.    Where do you want to live?

3.    What style home do you prefer?

            (One story or two, contemporary, traditional, transitional)

4.    When do you want to move in?

5.    How many bedrooms?  Baths?

6.    How many living areas?

            (Formal dining, formal living, family room, bonus room)

7.    Garage? Carport? What size?

8.    Where do you work?

9.    Are Schools important? Which ones and why?

10.  Do you have a home to sell first?
