| "IMPOSSIBLE" DREAMS COME TRUE
Dear Friends, Just a note to let you know how we can help someone you refer to me. Brad and Christy were referred to us to discuss refinancing their current home. Their goal was to use the equity in their home to pay off bills. Their dream was to buy a bigger home in a couple of years with more room for Christy to operate her in-home Day Care business. Unfortunately, they did not have enough equity to pay off their bills. We discovered that they could sell their current home, use the proceeds to pay off ALL their bills, and have enough left for a down payment on a beautiful new home with a lower interest rate!
