"My business works on a referral basis. I believe it is in your best interest that my business grows by your referral. The reason that this is to your advantage is because I must do what I say I am going to do and finish everything that I start. If I don't, you will not continue to refer people to me. Our Referral Rewards Program

We offer a $50 certificate if someone you refer buys or sells through Teresa Snyder at Town & Country Realty and also finances the home with Teresa Snyder at United Mortgage Corporation of America. This certificate can be used either by you, by a person you want to give the credit to or by the person you are referring us to. They must complete the transaction and close in order for this certificate to be issued. This Certificate can be used towards either future or immediate closing costs or commission costs. We also offer a $100 certificate if you or someone you refer sells a home through Teresa Snyder at Town & Country Realty or buys or builds a new home through her and finances the home with Teresa Snyder at United Mortgage Corporation of America. This service sincerely lessens your time commitment and the hassles involved in the process for both you and Teresa.

Conditions:

1. Buyer shall bring in all of the necessary paperwork to required to get them Pre-Approved to purchase a home. This must be done within 15 days of signing this agreement and prior to looking at any homes. Buyer must use Teresa Snyder for their home loan to qualify for this certificate.

2. Buyer shall be currently enrolled as a Preferred Buyer in Teresa Snyder’s HomeFinder Service and have signed and agreed to the Preferred Buyer Agreement and have paid the $100 retainer fee for her services.

3. This guarantee does not apply to "For Sale By Owner" Homes.

4. The agreed upon amount will be paid after the closing of the sale and after your loan has funded and recorded, and in no event, shall it exceed an amount greater than one-half of the commission that I earn on the transaction. And this only applies to cash out of pocket from the Buyer. If the seller agrees to increase the price to cover the Buyer’s Closing Costs then this certificate does not apply.

5. A Buyer or Seller must choose which certificate they want the $1,179 Savings Guarantee or the Referral Rewards program but not both.
