Because they have that mindset, oftentimes customer service slips or discrepancies appear... they just want to get that deal done and move on to the next one. Our Philosophy (or way) of doing business is to think of our relationship with a client as a long-term association... not for just one transaction.  I work hard to prove to my clientele...that I really do have their best interests in mind... and they in return I expect their loyalty. Because of this different mindset on both sides, the pressure is off! They know that as long as I provide them with outstanding attention to detail and to them, that their part of the team is to refer people to me so I do not have to worry where my future business is coming from - It is a wonderful WIN-WIN Relationship. We tell the truth and live with the consequences. Again and again we've found that people prefer to work this way. Our concern is about our clients' well-being, their goals and what is best for them always! I never pressure someone to sell now or buy now or to do anything that is NOT according to their schedule... it MUST be what's best for you -  our client! And this is why I have such a high referral & repeat business...it comes full circle! I also clearly inform you of all of your options & allow you to choose what is best for you.

About 84.2% of my business comes to me by way of referral... friends, past clients, friends of past clients and even other Realtors from across North America. Our Vision is for it to be 100%. The reason for this is these people have dealt with me in the past, and have seen first-hand the high level of service and commitment I provide to our clients, there is a very high level of trust. That means: trust in me & trust in my integrity, in my level of skill and market knowledge to do the best job possible and in my commitment to put the needs and requirements of my clients first! I love being able to devote my attention to detail, to negotiating, marketing, and to building life long relationships with my Clients instead of acting like the other 95% of real estate & mortgage salespeople who are trying to find business from the cold general public.

I now base my business on a By Referral Only basis. This means that if I provide you with the high level of service that you deserve and high attention to details, that you will  refer your friends, family, co-workers and acquaintances to me. After all, If you are so happy with my services it might just be in the best interest of those new buyers and sellers to have me as  their real estate & mortgage consultant  for life too.

What's in it for me if you don't decide to do anything right now? I have made this my lifelong career & will most likely be in this business for at least 20 or more years........... so I am asking for your long-term loyalty and support. By logical extension, if you are committed to using my services sometime, it stands to reason that you would want your friends to enjoy the same professional, personal service. And that's how we all win... by perpetuating the circle of referrals,  I can spend more of our time counseling clients and making sure that their every need is met. 

Our goal has always been to do 100% of our business By Referral Only... with referred people who trust our skills and counsel immediately. We do from time to time, however encounter people who call us because they have seen our signs or they have read our marketing presentations. They often don't know us and lump us in with the rest of the Realtors out there.

The question always is... how can we show people that we aren't like the rest of the pack? That our skills, knowledge, counseling ability and commitment put us in the TOP 0.01% of our profession across North America? One of the best ways to have potential new clients learn more about us is by reading about or talking to other people who have enjoyed our services. I am setting up a  Happy Client Lists with names and phone numbers of past clients who I helped to either buy or sell a home. People on those lists have graciously agreed to take your phone calls and answer any questions you might have about us. I have also received many testimonial letters that I can make available to you. I understand that you may feel better when they learn that other people have had good experiences with me. 

A second way I differentiate ourselves is by offering guarantees of service with a consequence to us if we don't perform for you as promised. We have several distinct guarantees for Buyers, Sellers & Borrowers which raises the "bar" of quality to which everyone who is in a service business should aspire.

Many times unfortunately, when an agent lists a home, the owner may not hear from them for several weeks... sometimes not until the listing needs to be reduced or renewed. And often if the owner objects and tries to cancel the listing, the agent refuses to cooperate .We don't believe that this is the proper way to do business! We offer  guarantees that remove this risk from the owner and put the responsibility of providing good service back to the Realtor where it belongs.

  • I will call, email, mail or fax you at least once every 2nd week (before Friday evening at 8:00 pm) to let you know what has been happening during the previous 14 days... what I did to market your property, how many showings I had and what the buyer response to your home was. 
  • I'll allow you to cancel your listing or enrollment in my Preferred Buyer or Borrower Programs at any time if you aren't satisfied with our level of service to you. I've been told by some top agents that if they allowed their clients to do this, they would lose half of their listings. We are committed to providing you with the best of everything with our Marketing Upgrade Program which includes PPPN, our counseling with you about Pricing, Presentation, Promotion and our Negotiating skills, which ultimately get you the best price!
  • I listen to what you have to say. I want to know what your concerns are, Your needs, dreams, goals, what questions you have and how I can best help you! I am  concerned that you are educated and informed about the current market  as well and... that you are confident you're making the right decision for YOUR personal circumstances.

Once you realize that I won't be pressuring you into doing anything that you don't want to do, there's a major turning point in our relationship, trust has hopefully been established and my hope is that you will be more open with me, more revealing about what really concerns you and that, in turn, allows me to better counsel you and to give you some excellent advice.
