For our detailed Applicant "Facially
Neutral Housing Policy" Screening Disclosure - Please email us at

specify the home you want to view as some owners have different policies for
different homes.
In order to qualify to rent our
home you will need to have a net income per month of 3x the rent per month and
no recent evictions. You will need to pay an applicant screening fee of $30 for
the first adult occupant, $20 for each thereafter & due after you decide you want to rent the home.
We run both court, criminal, & credit records checks. |

The first person is with their
application, applicant screening fee of $30 per adult occupant, and who
has viewed the home & wants to rent it will be
first in line for their application to be processed. Application
processing times are usually 2 business days.
If you are unable to view the
home - then you can send in a deposit to hold the unit till you can view
it. The Deposit to hold needs to be the equivalent of the security
deposit. We can fax or email the appropriate form to you upon request -
